About The Round House
The Round House is a hard sided yurt that sits atop a sturdy redwood platform with a wrap around deck.This yurt offers the charms of a unique experience combined with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It features a cozy interior with Wifi, Roku TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster etc. There is a queen bed and a futon that folds out into a double bed.
The private bathroom/shower and washer/dryer are attached to your deck. Your private electric sauna is just steps away from your deck.

Guests have shared access to the cedar barrel sauna, fire pit, octagon deck, bicycles and propane BBQ Grill.WiFi Internet access is available an no extra cost. The Yurt has Roku Television and telephone access.
With prior arrangement, shuttle service to/from the Talkeetna Railroad Depot or Talkeetna Airport is available. Much of what Talkeetna has to offer is within easy walking distance, however there is a taxi service and community transit operating during the summer months.
Talkeetna has a lot of interesting things to offer for people of all interests. During your stay, check out the information folder located in your suite, or talk to us about what is available.
